A court that equates the leaders of a democratic nation, such as a prime minister and a defense minister, with those of a terrorist organization responsible for a sadistic massacre, where they butchered, tortured and raped of thousands of innocent citizens, does not deserve the title of a legitimate judicial body. This is a puppet theater, manipulated by the directives of terrorists. I expect genuine democracies to condemn this blatantly antisemitic ruling.
The announcement of the prosecutor at the ICC is beyond outrageous, and shows the extent to which the international judicial system is in danger of collapsing … We expect all leaders in the free world to condemn outright this step and firmly reject it.
The ICC arrest warrants are a complete moral failure, we cannot accept the outrageous comparison between Netanyahu and Sinwar, between the leaders of Israel and the leaders of Hamas.
I have instructed the immediate establishment of a special command center at the Foreign Ministry, with all professional entities, aimed at fighting against the decision intended primarily to shackle Israel's hands and prevent it from exercising its right to self-defense. I intend to speak with foreign ministers of leading countries around the world to urge them to oppose the Prosecutor's decision and declare that even if warrants are issued, they do not intend to enforce them against Israeli leaders.
The outrageous decision by the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague is an unrestrained frontal assault on the victims of October 7th and our 128 hostages in Gaza. While Hamas murderers and rapists commit crimes against humanity against our brothers and sisters, the Prosecutor mentions in the same breath the Prime Minister and Defense Minister of Israel alongside the vile Nazi-like monsters of Hamas – a historical disgrace that will be remembered forever.
The ICC is a neo-Nazi institution. Both the fake court and its genocide enabling employees should be treated accordingly by all people of good faith. They should be denied visas. Their assets should be frozen. And they should be prosecuted for providing material aid to Nazis.
The ICC decision is evidence of the bankruptcy of the institutions of international law, and this is a continuation of the farce of the deliberation in the South Africa claim at the ICJ. The very comparison between the prime minister and the defense minister of Israel, a state that fights according to the rules of international law and is accompanied by an independent judicial system, to the jihadists of Hamas - is scandalous. These are moves aimed at harming the right of Israel - the most threatened and attacked state in the world - to defend itself, a right enshrined in the UN Charter. Those leading these moves, whose goal is to tie Israel's hands, is the Palestinian Authority led by Abu Mazen.
I think that the situation at the court is anti to begin with. Everything is not in our favor. We made a mistake going there the first time. We need to deal with it, but we also need to remind the members of the coalition that dealing with it without the Americans is almost impossible. We have to coordinate with them.
It's inconceivable that arrest warrants are issued after they massacred us on October 7. It's unforgivable. We are waging a just war, and let's be clear - we will not let this pass in silence … We call on the Americans - I expect the administration to stand behind us and for Congress to convene and condemn the arrest warrants.
The statement of the chief prosecutor in The Hague, which puts the prime minister and the defense minister in the same line as the heads of Hamas, shows that sending representatives of Israel to the deliberation at the antisemitic court was a serious mistake to begin with. The prime minister and the defense minister must ignore the antisemitic prosecutor of the antisemitic court, and to order the escalation of the attack against Hamas until its absolute submission.
Placing the leaders of a country that went into battle to protect its citizens, in the same line with bloodthirsty terrorists - is moral blindness and harms its duty and ability to protect its citizens. Accepting the prosecutor's position will be a historical crime that cannot be erased.
An arrest warrant should be issued for the prosecutor at The Hague International Court who disgraces his position with antisemitism and hatred of Israel. A shame and a disgrace!

To utter the names Netanyahu and Gallant in the same breath as Sinwar and Deif is to suggest some moral equivalence between a Western democracy, however imperfect, and the bloodthirsty terrorist group against which it is defending itself. The ICC prosecutor’s announcement is abhorrent and amoral and should be roundly and categorically rejected by the international community.
The State of Israel must take control of the Gaza Strip. Not the Palestinian Authority, not Gazan families. Only Israeli control of the Gaza Strip will lead to the removal of the threat in the future from the State of Israel and its residents. Only from a position of strength will we be able to discuss the day after with countries- Western and Arab- that are looking for a solution to Gaza.
For me, the alternative is Jewish settlement. We abandoned our land 20 years ago and the time has come to correct this disgrace.
The "court" in The Hague reveals its true identity to the masses: antisemitism in a tie and cloak. Those who are able to put Sinwar's mechanism of genocide in the same line as those fighting against the mechanism of extermination - do not deserve the title of court, but rather the definition of an antisemitic theater of the absurd.
The ICC presents an antisemitic theater of the absurd. Nothing related between it and justice. To compare the prime minister of a democratic state that is fighting a war it didn't choose, in accordance with international law, to a mass murderer who led to the slaughter of children, brutal rape of women, amputation of organs and mass slaughter, is moral bankruptcy.
The position is clear and has not changed - the State of Israel should not stand trial for fighting for its existence and it will not take part in The Hague’s Russian roulette. The fact that the chief prosecutor in The Hague indicates that the oppressor Sinwar and the Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu are equal, only proves the claim.
The hypocrisy of the Attorney General at the Hague court, in creating symmetry in the request to issue the arrest warrants for Yahya Sinwar, Netanyahu and Gallant is shameful. The fact that a country that operates in accordance with the laws of war, while putting combatants at risk, is compared to monsters who have come to massacre, rape, and kidnap civilians, is a moral and legal scandal.
Insane! Report: The chief prosecutor at Criminal Court at The Hague wants to issue arrest warrants for Netanyahu, Gallant, and Sinwar. A delusional prosecutor who equates the abominable murderer Sinwar with the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defense.
I call on all state leaders, coalition and opposition alike, to condemn the scandalous decision of the prosecutor in The Hague.

If the ICC acts against Israel's leaders, branding them as war criminals it will guarantee Israel fights to victory on all fronts, because f#ck it. We have nothing to lose.
